Warming Shilajit Sea Moss Gel With Ginger And Cayenne

In a world full of nutritionally lacking foods, it’s more important than ever that we take care to effectively nourish ourselves. Both shilajit and sea moss contain large quantities of essential minerals in easy-to-assimilate forms. When used in combination, their power doubles. Shilajit is rich in fulvic acid, a powerful organic compound known for its remarkable ability to enhance nutrient absorption.

By consuming Shilajit in combination with Sea Moss we can enhance its absorbption rate within the body.

Note: As Sea Moss is somewhat cooling to the body, it should be combined with more warming compounds during the winter months, to better stimulate digestion and assimilation. In this recipe we will be using ginger and cayenne pepper powder.

Recipe: Warming Shilajit Sea Moss

Ingredients:

  • Sea Moss (100 Grams)
  • Shilajit (1-3 Grams)
  • Fresh Seeded Lemons
  • Ginger Powder
  • Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • Mineral Water
  • (Optional) Date Sugar

Recipe:

      1. Rinse the Sea Moss:
Rinse the dried sea moss thoroughly under cold running water to remove any debris or salt.

      2. Soak the Sea Moss:
Place the rinsed sea moss in a bowl and cover it well with water. Allow it to soak for 4-24 hours at room temperature. The sea moss will expand and soften significantly. The water can be drained and replaced during the soaking period if desired.

      3. Drain and Rinse Again:
After soaking, drain the sea moss using a seive and gently rinse it once more

      4. Add Ingredients To Blenders:
To a blender add the soaked sea moss, ginger powder, cayenne pepper powder, lemon juice, Shilajit and (Optional) Date Sugar for sweetness.

      5. Blend Ingredients:
Blend until a desired consistency is reached, adding spring water if the gel becomes too thick.

    1. Transfer to jar:
Transfer the Sea Moss Gel to an airtight glass jar. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

For best assimilation I recommend consuming with a meal to stimuate digestion.
