Refund/Return Policy

At Zenpire Herbs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Returns:

• You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that most of the item is unused.

Refund Process:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, and while we understand that you may have used a small portion, we ask that the majority remains unused.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs:

• Please note that unless Zenpire is responsible for a fulfillment error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exclusions:

• Items that have been heavily used or damaged may not be eligible for return.
