Pendulums can be used as effective, easy to use and surprisingly powerful tools for healing. I know I was extremely surprised when I got my first pendulum, at just at how effective a machined piece of brass on a dangling string can be at harmonising the bodies energy field.

They are very powerful harmonizers and will kick out any disharmonious energies from ones aura/energy field and bring one back to a state of awareness and balance. It is recommended to purchase a brass pendulum based on sacred geometric forms when using for self healing.

The most simple way to use a pendulum for self healing is to simply hold the pendulum by the attached chain (at whichever point feels best for you) with the right hand, leaving the pendulum to dangle over the open left palm. The pendulum should spin clockwise* over the palm of the hand automatically, however beginners may need to give it some encouragement to get it going. Leave the pendulum to spin for as long as it needs to harmonise your energy field, the time it takes will vary based on many variables such as how out of whack your energy field may be, your surroundings, your level of intent etc.

Eventually the pendulum will come to a stop. By this point (and as you are using the pendulum) you should notice changes in the way you feel and perceive. You may start experiencing the swallowing reflex or hear your stomach starting up as the body shifts out of fight or flight adrenergic mode to rest and recover most. You may all of a sudden feel more clear headed and aware. you may feel more energized or even more sleepy depending on what your body requires. Again you will probably be surprised at just how powerful these tools are!

You can use the pendulum on all areas of the body, on your food and drinks, on crystals, or they can even be hung up in your spaces to harmonise the local area.

Have fun experimenting!

*The pendulum should spin clockwise when we are sending energy this is the positive, forward charging energy. Left spin can also be incorporated as a negative counter/release.
