HOW TO USE:

Water Restructuring: Used as a drinks coasters, these discs will harmonize the liquid-crystalinn matrix of all drinks placed on to it, increasing ones health, vitality and awareness. Leave drinks to sit on the disk for 5-10 minutes, ideally combined with positive intention.
Meditation: Gaze into the geometric structure, preferrably beside candle flame to restore balance and create alignment from within.
Self Healing: Place the disc over desired areas of the body to infuse with healing. For greatest efficiency hold out the left palm facing up, placing the disc on top. The left palm holds the bodies receiving chakra, stare into the disc and feel the resonant frequencies repairing and aligning your auric field.
