**Using the copper Octahedron for self-healing (amplified through meditation):**
* Hold the Octahedron with one or both hands.
* Gaze into the Octahedron.
* Place around one's space for continuous energy.

* Connect with the copper Octahedron through touch, sight or proximity, preferably in a state of openness, to bestow healing upon yourself.
