HOW TO USE FOR SELF HEALING:
1. Select the area of the body that you would like to send healing. For full body healing and most effective alignment with the bodies own Mer-Ka-Ba vortex, balance the disk on top of the head in a standing, seated or lying position.
2. Identify the clockwise direction (harmonization) of the spiral disk by looking towards its centre. Place the disk over the desired area. Leave the spiral in the clockwise direction for as long as you intuitively desire, being sure to pay attention to any sensations, postural changes or changes in awareness that may occur.
3. Reverse the direction of the spiral by flipping the disk, and again leave for as long as intuitively desired.
4. Continue to repeat by flipping the disk as many times and for as long as desired. Sessions are effective in little as 1 minute.
Note: It is preferable (but not necessary) to begin and end with the spiral in the clockwise direction.
Clockwise VS Anticlockwise:
Flipping the device over will change the polarity from clockwise to counter-clockwise and visa-versa.
