USES OF DISK:
Chakra Dilation/Contraction: To open an underactive chakra, place the disk with its clockwise face upwards over the chakra centre. To calm an overactive chakra place the disk over the chakra centre in counter-clockwise mode. These disks work for all chakras but are especially effective at opening the higher chakra centres such as third-eye, crown and throat.
Physical Healing: Place the disks over problem areas and watch as harmony is restored. I like to combine with yogic stretches and find that using these disks in conjuncion with stretching can 'like magic' correct the bodies posture and assist with going deeper into a stretch.
Amplifying Intention: The spiralic design of these disks works to amplify intention projected into them. Placing the spiral disk under a crystal tower to will amplify both of their energies throughout a larger space. Placing the disk over fresh fruit and vegetables will infuse it with harmonic energy and preserve its life force for longer. Placing the disk over the body will infuse with healing.
Charging Crystals/Objects: Combined with crystals, food, water or any object youd like to charge, these disks will imprint their hamonic frequencies ono them.
BALANCING EXERCISE: Lay flat on youre back in the Vajrasana position. Place one disk over the third eye and one on top of each palm. Optionally place additional disks over over chakra points.
