--- HOW TO USE FOR SELF HEALING ---
For Sending HEALING/CHARGING into the body: Place the disk over the desired area with the spiral running in the clockwise direction. Leave for as long as desired.
For DETOX/Clearing Unwanted Energy: Place the disk over the desired area with the spiral running in the anti-clockwise direction. Leave for as long as desired.
-TIP: For full body effect and Mer-Ka-Ba activation place the disk on top of the head in a standing, seated or lying position.
-TIP: Using both clockwise and anti-clockwise in an alternating fashion will both infuse positive energies as well as release unwanted negative energies. The combination is very useful for activation of ones Merkaba. I recommend to both begin and end sessions with a clockwise spiral.
NOTE: Due to the orderly geometric and metallic structure of the spiral, it will infuse positive energies into the body in both directions, however it is more pronounced and aligned when the spiral runs clockwise.
----HOW LONG TO USE FOR?----
The longer you use the device the greater an effect it will have. Its effects can be felt by some instantaneously, others may need longer sessions. Use for as long as desired, as little as 30 seconds, all the way up to 30 minutes+.
-----HEALING TIP---- Can be combined with other healing tools such as crystals to amplify their effects. For example, placing the disk over the solar plexus chakra with a solar plexus related crystal on top will activate and amplify the crystals energy and increase ones absorbtion and connection to this energy. The resonant frequencies of these disks will also charge/cleanse crystals if left together. To amplify the energy of a crystal throughout a larger space within your room, place the crystal directly on top of the disk.
